Wii Fit Review

WII Fit is a special game created by Nintendo for the Nintendo WII game console. This game includes all the necessary information and applications for players to measure and compare their weight and the purpose of the game is mainly educative and instructive. The WII Fit game comprises over 40 applications that players can use for their personal physical benefit and for this reason this game has been introduced with a lot of confidence and also with the hope of its effectiveness.

WII Fit is actually a family game that is supposed to unite the members of the family in the fight against overweight. This game was created with a special platform that weights the players’ bodies and calculates their measurements in function of their heights. This feature is very useful for all the families who want to unite their forces against weight loss and also who want to find a common solution for their weight problems.

The Nintendo producers came up with this idea while figuring out up to 40 possibilities and exercises of working out for the players. All these features are completing each other so as to create the complex structure of the WII Fit video game.

The game was firstly introduced and entered on the market in Japan in 2007. Since the moment of its presentation on the specific market the company sold over 1800 million copies in the first month of the apparition. This is a very notable element as it actually provides a prediction upon the future popularity that the WII Fit will have for the amateurs of work out games from all around the world. However, the results will not be late to come as the producers from Nintendo promised a massive introduction of the product on the European, Australian and North American markets in April and May 2008. All these dates are very important as we may notice a great attractiveness of this game on the mentioned markets and among the western population even before the launching of this product in these specific areas.

The WII Fit promises a thorough and complex system of workout exercises so as to help all the people using it achieve the goal of a perfect fit body. Moreover, the game is constructed so as to allow up to four players use it at the same time. This was thought of as a real chance given to families of playing the video game together and to try and get rid of the extra pounds while having fun at the same time. This feature is very much attractive and unique at the same time. WII Fit hence provides a great variety of activities, from the funniest ones, such as the comparison of the weights, to the more serious ones, like the one regarding the proposed workout exercises.

So we may consider that the WII Fit is in fact a realistic plan of achieving an even more realistic goal. In fact, the producers from Nintendo may have capitalized upon the great problem of weight that humanity is facing nowadays, but the success of their hit is nonetheless considerable.
